Dog tip: With warm weather still lingering, we wanted to give some insight into working your dogs in the heat. We like to follow the 140 Rule. If the air temperature and humidity add up to over 140, avoid working your dog, or keep it very minimal.

Now by no means are we certified vets, and every dog is different. But it's important to keep these furry friends healthy and safe so they can keep joining us back in the field season after season.

One of our favorite parts of having people visit us at Prairie Ridge is the memories and stories created afterward. As much as we want to provide the best wing shooting experience in the area, people leave with so much more than a pack full of birds.

If you've had the chance to hunt with us here, we'd love to hear some of your memories!
