🌤️ HOUSTON ASTHMA AIR AWARE DAY 🌤️

Houston families, take a moment to check the air quality before heading outside today!

Poor air quality, especially elevated ozone levels, can trigger asthma symptoms and make it harder for our little ones to breathe comfortably.

💙 A few ways to help protect your family:
• Check the daily air quality forecast.
• Limit strenuous outdoor activities when air quality is poor.
• Keep prescribed rescue medication nearby.
• Watch for coughing, wheezing, or shortness of breath.

Let’s stay informed, look out for one another, and help keep our Houston kids breathing easier!

📲 Check local air quality updates at AirNow.gov.
