The Schedule:
• Coached Classes: Monday, Tuesday, Friday @ 8:30 AM
• Accountability Sessions: Monday, Tuesday, Friday @ 6:30 AM
• Mobility Reset: Thursday @ 7:00 AM
With school letting out and routines changing, this is your chance to lock in structure before summer throws you off track.
Open gym is available daily from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, so you can train how and when it works best for you.
Whether you’re looking for coaching, accountability, or a steady rhythm for the next month—this block is for you.

We’ve stayed open, even if we’ve stayed quiet.
Fundamental Fitness is still here—doors open, equipment ready, and members getting it done every day.
We’ve shifted away from group classes for now, but our space still serves:
• Open gym memberships
• Access to our InBody Scanner
• A few new projects in the works (more on that soon)
Whether you train solo, need a consistent place to move, or want to build something alongside us—we’re here for it.

🌀While waiting out 𝗛𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲, we’re still finding time to sweat it out as a family! 🏋️♀️ Staying active during stressful/anxious times like these helps us manage anxiety, boost our mood, and keep our minds clear. Exercising together is a great way to connect, support one another, and turn a day of uncertainty into one of productivity and fun. To bring some balance to the usual hurricane parties, let’s challenge ourselves to move! The storm may be brewing outside, but inside, we’re keeping strong. 💪 Stay safe, stay active, and take care of each other! 🌧️👊

🤼 💪 We’ve had a great time training with some of the the 🦅 Shaw wrestlers the past few Saturdays, and this week we had even more athletes join in! If you're looking for a 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 30-minute sweat session, come check us out Saturdays at 10 AM. It's open to everyone—just hit the link in our comments to sign up.

We had an amazing time celebrating 9 years of sweat, growth, and community at Jalapeños last night! Huge thanks to for hosting us, and to all of our incredible members and coaches who came out to make it a night to remember. 🙌

At Fundamental Fitness, every workout has a purpose, and today we’re hitting the Rogue Echo Bike for a serious lactate threshold session: 10 rounds of 3 minutes at 80-85% effort, followed by a 1-minute active recovery.
Why are we doing this? Because it’s all about boosting endurance, increasing power, and improving recovery—things that matter when it comes to seeing real progress.
We know it’s tempting to cherry-pick workouts, but the hard stuff is where the real gains happen. So don’t skip out—show up, put in the work, and watch yourself get stronger. Let’s get after it! 💪
