We wanna wish Damon Dixon-dbone good luck out at Relentless hope for kids lift today in Minnesota. This lift is a fundraiser to help kids with disabilities and Damon has been doing this for a few years now. Go get on you tube if u would like and watch. This is Brent Sophia's dad. We had a company take money for set up amd artwork and ghosted us so we are working with custom torso in Kenton to get them made. Gonna be $20 each so venmo me or get with sophia at gym to order one. Thanks again for all the support u guys show her. Where are u at 8 am on a Sunday as a 16 yr old , still working out for the next season. Here at Exile we have a couple new machines In the gym for you to enjoy, or to improve yourself. If anyone wants to join the Sunday crew be here little after 8 am and learn from some great ppl the proper techniques for bench press and other lifts. Hope to see new faces and old soon

Well it's been a long couple months of lifting for everyone here especially our very own Sophia, she was informed today that while in Texas she set 43 state records in the equipped division in her weight class. We are very proud to call her our own everyday. But when you are as humble and sweet as this young lady you get extra pat on the back. Exile Barbell is proud to support her and have her here in our family, we will have a binder at front as you come in so everyone here can see them. Once again we would encourage everyone to bring a friend and let them check out the gym and become members and go do some lifts with us all when we go. Also Sophia won the metal malitia nationals this past weekend in the 15 to 17 yr old division. Thanks to all members for coming out and making this place a family.

We was well represented today in Killeen, Texas by our very own Sophia jump. Exile lifter is bringing home some gold .....195lb equipped women's National Powerlifting CHAMPION!!!!!!! CONGRATS TO SOPHIA AND HER COACH Robert Palmer AND OWNER OF EXILE. Monday march 30th at 6pm we will have pizza and cake for this great accomplishment. Everyone is invited to come say hi and congratulate her, also enjoy some pizza and cake. Hope see u all there

Huge day at state powerlifting meet in kenton for Sophia. Took 2nd overall in 195lb weight class . A huge PR for overall 770lbs. Took state in squat with 340lbs up from last years 250 lb . Bench was 120 and improved over last year. Deadlift was a huge pull 310lb. Once again we are proud of her accomplishment and cant wait for nationals in 8 days.
