Happy Birthday to the coolest cat in lucha libre, Puma King! 🐾👑
Born into undeniable lucha royalty as the son of El Felino and the nephew of the legendary Negro Casas ( which I got to meet at CAC a couple years ago and is a very nice guy). Puma has been carving his own path since making his professional debut at just 16 years old. He spent over a decade rising through the ranks of CMLL alongside his brother Tiger before breaking out as a global freelancer in 2018.
Whether he’s lighting up Lucha Libre AAA, stealing the show at PWG, or helping capture the 2019 Impact World Cup, Puma perfectly blends traditional high-flying lucha with technical mat wrestling—all with his signature feline swagger.

* 🥊 **A Natural Athlete:** Before stepping into the squared circle, Rufus compiled an impressive 32–3 record as a Golden Gloves boxer and played football for South Carolina State University.
* 💥 **The "Freight Train":** Making his pro debut in 1969, he became famous for his high-impact style and devastating finishing move—two massive shoulder blocks followed by a crushing headbutt!
