๐When and why you started your yoga business:
I started yoga 10+ years ago at the University of Washington
The yoga brought into my life made me decide to deepen my knowledge of it. I took all the certifications I could, to understand the methodology and theory behind it. The more I learned, the more I felt the need to share my knowledge with the world. Over time, teaching yoga became my true mission and happiness. After teaching part-time in several studios, I decided to open my own studio to reach even more people.ย
๐There are many styles and benefits of Yoga. What style of yoga do you teach?
Yes, there are many styles of yoga. After studying them all, I decided to creat a program that combines a little bit from all styles and fits all levels of students.
๐What would you say is the benefit of yoga?
In this fast-moving world, with new responsibilities piling up on us every day, it is too easy to let ourselves drift into anxiety & stress. Through yoga, we can detach ourselves from the external chaos, and find the peace and stillness within.
