Bellevue College Self Defense Club

We wrapped up our last class of the quarter yesterday, but we will be coming back with new techniques for fall! It was great to have everyone learning and practicing every week, and I look forward to teaching again in September. Remember that practice is what will build that skill and confidence, so if you want to keep up with the techniques feel free to work through them by yourself.
