She has called the Pacific Northwest Home for more than 20 years though, and truly loves the area. Today was a good day. A great day actually. So much fun connecting with some of my favorite people on the planet. is my favorite conference every year bringing agents together from across the country in the spirit of true collaboration. Best of all - I am grateful for the honor of doing a session on how to shift your energy to be more consistent and build momentum. My all time favorite topic. 🤩

These are my words for 2024.
I don’t always pick a word. It has to resonate and ring true. Some years I’m more clear on where I’m going than others.
This year I am crystal clear on what I want to
Inspire others to tap into the power of their own energy and intuition to accomplish their goals AND live an amazing life in the process. Because I know to my core that it’s possible for all of us.
And with that - I couldn’t pick just one word.
Visible - As an introvert this is a big one for me. Sharing more about what I do in the hopes that it inspires others. So get ready for more posts, more public speaking and more opportunities to play together in 2024.
Vulnerable - My commitment is to share ALL of it. The good, the bad, the ups and downs and everything in between. Because we are all human with fears, doubts, insecurities and curve balls that life throws our way when we least expect them. I’ll share how I navigate mine and know that if you ever need a sounding board or a cheerleader - I’ve got you.
Brave - because all of this takes bravery. At least for me. Living life fully takes bravery. The friendships made and the experiences created are all worth it. But it doesn’t mean it’s always easy. So here’s to choosing bravery over fear.

New markets need new strategies. Getting ready to sell a house? Here are 3 key things to put you and your clients on the path to success:
✔️Absorption rates – How long does it take an 'average' listing to sell? The right listing prep system will reduce that to a fraction of the time.
✔️Show don’t tell. The market data will tell you everything you need to know. If you know how to interpret it.
✔️Have a plan for after you list, so your clients aren’t left high and dry. Let them know that you have system to get their house sold, no matter what the market does.
Knowing all of this doesn’t guarantee everything will go smoothly. But it will instill confidence in your clients that YOU are the right one to help them navigate the market.
