We would like to share that Felix Sindora and Stefaniia Chudova, U.S. National Junior Rhythm finalists, have made the mutual decision to terminate their partnership.

Stefaniia will be taking a break from dancing, and we sincerely wish her all the very best in whatever comes next.

Felix will be continuing his competitive journey and is currently looking for a new partner.
He is 14 years old, 5’7”, and competes in Junior Championship Rhythm and Latin.

We are proud of what they achieved together and grateful for the dedication, hard work, and growth they shared as a team.

Huge CONGRATULATIONS to Felix and Stefaniia on getting 4th out of semifinal in under 16 Rhythm and 13 out of 23 in under 16 Latin Championship and first behind the final in under 14 Latin Championship at the BYU CHAMPIONSHIPS!!

With Felix being 13 and Stefaniia only 11(!!) years old, this is a great accomplishment!

Their hard work and all efforts made by their families pay off. Always looking for opportunities, not excuses. Spending hours on the road, driving from Edmonds and Snoqualmie, to practice and lessons. Balancing school, family and dance. As they say - where there is a will - there’s a way!!

December 13, 5-7pm at NIKA. Champagne, Mimosa, h’orderves. Dress to impress or to dance!

What an incredible Summit DanceSport weekend! Every year NIKA proudly empowers more students to shine at this event and we’re thrilled to receive the Youth Top Performing Studio Award since 2019! Such recognition honors the unwavering dedication of our families to nurturing their children’s growth!

Congratulations to Nathan Murstein and Nicky Lin on their Professional division debut!

NIKA Foundation has awarded 3 young dancers performed the largest number of dances and the Legacy Award this year went to Lynn Offutt - a teacher and competition organizer in Seattle area for over 4 decades.

NIKA International DanceSport Academy Become a part of our dance studio - the longest-running International DanceSport program in Washington State! Since 1976

This weekend went so fast with 4 hours of sleep over 3 days. Embassy Ballroom Championships and World Proam Championships events. We had a great lineup of participants and Champions this year:

Michael Levenkov and Sabina Zaychikov - Professional RS Ballroom -6 place, Professional Open Ballroom - Quarter final.

Sergey Nekrasov and Maria Sh - World Proam Gold Ballroom - 3 and 4 places.

Nathan Murstein and Nicky Lin - World Proam Latin Championship - 1 and 2 places, also 1st in all single dance events. And also now Seattle’s very fresh Professional Latin couple - CONGRATULATIONS and watch their Professional debut at the Summit Dancesport!

Obi Sindora and Vicky Lin - Semi final in Youth and Under 21 Latin and Quarter final in Adult amateur events.

Felix Sindora and Stefaniia Chudova - all first places for Junior Rhythm events and a semi final in Junior 1 Latin. Stefaniia with Michael Levenkov - 5th in World Proam Junior 1 Ballroom.

Adam Liu and Diana Kaplanyan - all firsts for Junior Latin single dance events.

Daniel Ischenko and Aleksandra Kim - 4th in Pr***en 1 Latin 3 dance, 3 in Pr***en 1 Ballroom 3 dance and 4 in Preten 1 Ballroom 5 dance. Also winning their Solo Star events!

Alina Lyukshin - competing at her second tournament and taking firsts and seconds in all her events!

Aglaya Retyunskaya - taking firsts in Paso Doble and Ballroom events Solo Star.

Coco Lin - taking firsts in Solo Stars Latin and Ballroom; 1sts, 2nds and 3rds with Obi Sindora;
2nd in Latin and becoming a World Proam Ballroom Champion, winning all dances with Michael Levenkov.

It was only a year ago that these two have won World Proam Ballroom Championships. And this year they have competed as Professionals! Taking 6th in Professional Rising Star Ballroom - .levenkov .zaychikov! Fantastic beginning and bright future ahead of them!
