Hey Cougs! This is our meet schedule for the rest of the 2024-2025 track season!

1 WEEK UNTIL TRACK SEASON!!

We are so excited for the 2023 season that starts next Monday. Practice is at 3:45, make sure you’re signed up on final forms & let us know if you have any questions. We can’t wait to see you there!!💙🐾

Congrats to our recent Track D1 Signee’s! Haedyn Bambolo going to University of Arizona for Throws! As well as Ainsley Herron to Oregon State University for Distance!

Girls Team came out strong this weekend for their first race together! They showed how strong they've become from their hard work all summer and ended up beating some top ranked teams! Earning themselves 5th place at Nike's 15th Annual Twilight XC Invitational

week 6 runners of the week!

I’m choosing Annabelle because she has incredible dedication to the team and her goals. Even though she is here for sprinting and becoming an even more amazing 400m runner she still runs 5ks with the competitiveness and energy that the team needs!

I choose Davian for runner of the week because it’s hard for any person to come out and join cross country, but with this being his first year he has continued to be a better runner everyday! Keep on speed running !

week 4 runners of the week!

kaleb is such a hardworking and positive presence on the team. he uplifts his teammates at practice and in races. he also lives in monroe. this means waking up at 5 in the morning during the school year. he also made it to many summer practices despite the drive. thank you for being such a great teammate and role model. we are proud of you!!

devyn is such a positive and hardworking freshman. she’s joined the team this year and her smile always lights up the room. she also ran a pr of almost 4 minutes this week! so many great things to come, devyn we are so proud of you!!

a very successful day @ the northwest xc invitational preview!! our girls team came away w a 3rd place overall finish!

quinten brooks got 3rd in the freshman boys race!
emma harmon got 10th in the junior girls race!
lauren hoyt won the junior class race & finished 3rd over-all!
ainsley herron got 2nd in the senior class race & finished 2nd over-all!
