3 ways to realign and strengthen your pelvic floor! 1- SQUATS! Try to do 3 sets of 8-10 reps. Remember your form! 2-standing calf stretch- single and double- 1 set of each, hold for 30-60 seconds. 3- double hamstring stretch- can be done with or without a bolster, but with the bolster will be more effective! Hold for 30-60 seconds.
