Race Update:

Team Tough Shells has had an absolute blast competing in unfortunately, current weather conditions has kept us in Bellingham bay, with no foreseeable escape for a few days, we have decided to not continue with this race. Our ocean boat does great in the ocean not so great close to land. Thanks for following along and catch us on the next adventure!

It's Birthday!! Quick appreciation post!

We are currently stopped in Bellingham, choosing our next course of action for this race. Thankfully Tom gets to have a real meal on his Birthday today!

48 hours into this fantastic race

A few highlights:
- heading back North and found some good speed through the night, trying to hit those Tubular speeds
- Cait made a pulled pork sandwich for everyone on Night 1 it was amazing!
- Laura made a delicious chili Mac and cheese last night for everyone
- We've past a few teams and have had a few teams pass us. The vibes with this fleet of races is fantastic
- Team energy is higjh and we are having fun out here!

Spitfire is ready for another round of racing! 360 miles in the Puget Sound.

Slightly different team, but this group is excited for another trip!

One year since the Worlds Toughest Row 2024 Pacific Race. We can't believe it's been a whole year since we started! We are so thankful to have been able to compete, feels like yesterday.

Our fleet was also a huge part of our .toughest.row experience, and we are so grateful to have competed against them!

This years fleet launched 2 days ago, check out the four teams who are braving this first week at sea!

3/4 of team Full Foarce (+ 1/4 on FaceTime!😂) were able to reunite in NYC for the World’s Toughest Row Pacific 2024 fleet awards! It was amazing to see all the teams together again, celebrate our accomplishment, talk about our crossing experiences, and catch up on what life has been like since returning to the real world. And of course the big question… who is going to row another ocean?!?👀🤣

We had a blast and can’t wait for the next Full Foarce reunion!!💙💛🧡🚣🏼‍♀️😊

The finish line awaits! ⭐️ Full Foarce left Monterey Bay, California, more than five weeks ago, waved off by huge crowds on the pier in the harbour. After a remarkable journey of over 2000 nautical miles, our four incredible women will be rowing into Hanalei Bay, waved in by their family and friends!

Hanalei Bay is the largest bay on the north shore of Kauaʻi island. It stretches across nearly 2 miles (3.2 km) of beach, surrounded by stunning green mountains. After seeing nothing but blue and grey for 38 days, the smells of the earth and the rich colours of land will be a very welcome sight!

Current ETA: 3-4pm local time on 16th July 💥 If you are on Kaua'i, don't miss their arrival and make sure you are on Hanalei beach to see them come in! 🌺 The World's Toughest Row team and the local people of Hanalei will be throwing a massive and well-deserved welcome that is sure to be a truly special moment to be a part of.

Less than 200 nautical miles to go! 😎 It is only a few days until the team can enjoy a sunset wothout having to row all through the night that follows, and instead they can be lyng on a beach with a cocktail in hand 🍹 After a power outage on the boat that resulted in a day of hand steering, the sun has finally reappeared! Batteries are charging and the team are happily heading for home. Next stop Kaua'i!
