Rock Solid Badass Warrior Check-in
Today – 6 AM in Bellingham.
We showed up and got after it.
TODAY’S BEATDOWN
• Jump roping for endurance
• Yoga stretching + joint mobility
• Meditation breathing
• Striking and kicking warmups
• Leg Burner Kettlebell Routine – quads, glutes, and hammies on absolute fire
• 100 Rock Solid Fighter Combos: prefix kick → combo → two straight punches suffix (fast, clean, and powerful)
• Abs and core work
• Cool-down stretching with Skip Hancock’s Attitude Affirmations – speaking power into our minds and bodies
This is more than exercise.
It’s building mental toughness, physical strength, and an unstoppable attitude.
1-2-3… YES I CAN ROCK SOLID!

When the path gets steep… don’t turn back.
I’m climbing toward a big goal, and suddenly the trail I chose becomes brutal. Rocks crumble under my feet.
The incline feels impossible.
Every step hurts.
In that moment, I have a choice:
Quit and slide back down to safety…
Or stop, breathe, scan the mountain, and study the terrain.
I look left.
I look right.
I find a new route, maybe harder in some ways, but one that keeps me moving upward.
That’s exactly how I treat my goals in life.
When progress stalls, when the plan stops working, when doubt creeps in… I don’t abandon the dream.
I pause.
I assess.
I adjust.
I find a new path that still leads to the summit.
The mountain doesn’t care which route you take.
It only respects the ones who refuse to quit until they’re standing at the top.
So if you’re in that hard season right now, where your goal feels out of reach and the original plan is falling apart, hear this:
Don’t go back down.
Don’t abandon the vision.
Scan the area.
Study your options.
Find a new path.
The view from the top is worth every detour.
