You will study self-defense problems to address every type of attack including grabs, pushes, punches, kicks, hugs, holds, locks, chokes, knives, clubs, guns, and multiple opponents.

💪 The Sisterhood – Women’s Self Defense at Rock Solid 💪

At The Sisterhood, we don’t just teach women self-defense, we use a proven system based on how talent is actually built.

We start with Hard Skills, the deep, detailed training of specific movements, techniques, and fundamentals until they become automatic and precise.

This is the foundation.

Once those hard skills are solid, we move into Soft Skills, the art of making it all work in real time: timing, decision-making, adaptability, and the ability to perform under pressure when it actually counts.

Most people think women’s self-defense should start with soft skills (the “how to fight”), but that’s backwards.

Without strong hard skills first, the soft skills have nothing solid to build on.

Building Strong, Powerful, and Confident Women in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.

In The Sisterhood, we teach you the critical difference between self-defense and fighting , and most importantly, when you must fight, and how to fight effectively.

You’ll learn practical self-defense skills along with freestyle/fighting techniques so you’re prepared for real-world situations.

• A-Day Self Defense: Monday 10am & 6pm | Tuesday 6pm

• B-Day Freestyle/Fighting for Self Defense: Wednesday 10am & 6pm | Thursday 6pm

When the path gets steep… don’t turn back.

I’m climbing toward a big goal, and suddenly the trail I chose becomes brutal. Rocks crumble under my feet.

The incline feels impossible.

Every step hurts.

In that moment, I have a choice:

Quit and slide back down to safety…

Or stop, breathe, scan the mountain, and study the terrain.

I look left.

I look right.

I find a new route, maybe harder in some ways, but one that keeps me moving upward.

That’s exactly how I treat my goals in life.

When progress stalls, when the plan stops working, when doubt creeps in… I don’t abandon the dream.

I pause.

I assess.

I adjust.

I find a new path that still leads to the summit.

The mountain doesn’t care which route you take.

It only respects the ones who refuse to quit until they’re standing at the top.

So if you’re in that hard season right now, where your goal feels out of reach and the original plan is falling apart, hear this:

Don’t go back down.

Don’t abandon the vision.

Scan the area.

Study your options.

Find a new path.

The view from the top is worth every detour.
