🇺🇸 VETERANS DAY – CHAD 1000X 🇺🇸
Tuesday, November 11th
9:30 AM class only !
Join us this Veterans Day as we take on CHAD 1000X, a hero workout honoring Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson, who tragically lost his life to su***de in 2018. This workout—1,000 step-ups—is done each year to raise awareness for Veteran mental health and to honor all who have served.
