Our beloved studio location has closed due to circumstances beyond our control, but Presence Studio — the 501(c)3 non-profit organization and the spirit of our community — lives on. We are currently seeking a new home for the movement arts and would be deeply grateful for any leads on spaces for lease, hourly rent, or purchase that could accommodate approximately 2,000 square feet of open dance space..

~You can also support our transition in many ways~

Sharing information on potential partners
Assisting with cleaning or organizing items from the studio
Helping with grant research or fundraising
Offering donations of any size to sustain our mission

Dear Friends of Presence Studio,

We, the Board of Presence Studio, nonprofit 501(c)3, are writing to you with a heavy heart and wet eyes to inform you that Presence Studio will cease to function as a property management/space rental organization as of October 31, 2025.

Chronic maintenance issues, in addition to the recent results of mold testing have raised many causes for concern. We have lost confidence in the health of the building. This was further complicated by a large rent increase leaving us with a substantial budget deficit.

After contemplating numerous options, we made the very difficult decision to cease operations. A choice not lightly made.

Sad… we truly know… we feel it with you.

We will respond to questions you may have as quickly as possible.
