A big thank you to for hosting another fun year at the Jeff Mixdorf team racing regatta! 🎆🎆 It was great to get some races off with great friends even though the weather varied quite a bit throughout the regatta.

Conditions on the first day were steady in the morning with some moderate puffs. Then in the middle of the day we experienced a 180 degree shift with heavier wind, and at the end of the day the wind died out. ⛵️ Today, we had a bit of rain and some heavy wind that built throughout, with RC calling some puffs above 30kts.

Awesome to see too! Looking forward to the next regatta 💛☔️💜

Last weekend, Stanford hosted a combined division non-rotational event, racing both Bryson Women’s and Top 9 regattas concurrently. Huskies placed sixth for Bryson Women’s and eighth in Top 9. Thanks to everyone who made this race possible!!

On the first day it was super shifty, with medium easterly wind that died around noon and then came back from the south with some good races near the end of the day. On Sunday, the wind was consistently shifty, puffy, and built up throughout races with gusts in the 20s.

First women’s regatta of 2026 at and right after National Women in Sports Day 🎇🙈🤗⛵️

The vibes at the Husky Women’s Regatta were awesome despite rainy weather on day 1 and ending early on day 2 due to light conditions. It was great to race against familiar teams as well as and 💫

In this non-rotational regatta we were excited to race two boats each from Husky Women’s 1 and Husky Women’s 2! Also happy to report that both teams got 🏆🏆 first place at the regatta!!

Thank you for hosting the Northwest Clinic this weekend! Our sailors went up to Bellingham where the conditions were light on Saturday and the wind picked up a bit more today. While the weather was a bit frosty, it was great to see our WWU friends in the new year!

We practiced fleet racing with Sarah Hanavan and Tyler Nolasco on the first day, then team racing on Sunday with Fritz Lanzinger and Nolasco. And a big thank you to the coaching staff for their time and expertise!!

A late post but nonetheless great regatta to kick off the new year! Our Husky Sailors went down to Santa Barbara for the Rosebowl on the weekend of 1/3. The conditions were rainy with strong wind on the first day and slightly lighter wind on the second day.

We got the opportunity to race against the top college teams in the US, including some from the east coast! Thank you for hosting and so glad we got some good races in.
