When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

Meet Abby Smayda, owner of
“I didn’t walk into barre3 looking to change my life. I just needed something that felt good.”
At the time, Abby was navigating a season that felt full in all the ways that can wear you down—balancing work, life, and the constant pressure to keep everything moving forward.
What she found inside the studio wasn’t just a workout. It was a different way of being in her body. It was one that asked her to listen more closely, to let go of perfection, and to trust that small, consistent choices could create real change.
That shift didn’t happen all at once. It built slowly, class by class, until barre3 became something she didn’t just turn to, but something she wanted to share by becoming a studio owner.
