THERE’S ALWAYS ONE MORE.

Back in 2011, The Bellingham Herald sat down with a 31-year-old Jerad Crawford to talk about his journey, his time in the Army, and the fitness business he had built here in Bellingham.

The story starts with Alabama Hill.

Jerad challenged himself to bike up and back over the hill. Once wasn’t enough. Then twice. Then three times. Eventually, he pushed himself to 10 trips without stopping.

That experience captured a mindset that Jerad still carries with him today:

“There’s always one more pushup in your body. Your mind quits on you before your body does.”

The article goes on to talk about Jerad’s military service, his return to Bellingham, opening Extreme Fitness, and his passion for helping people discover that they’re capable of more than they think.

Today, Jerad is the General Manager here at Fit Evo, and we recently sat down with him to revisit this story, reflect on how much has changed, and talk about how that same mindset still applies today.

Different chapter. Same mindset.
