Thank you Huskies for hosting such a fun regatta! The winds were shifty and inconsistent but we got out there and gave it our all, and had fun while doing it! We still have one more regatta until we take a break until next term!

This weekend the Ducks hosted Outlaw 2025 at the EYC! The wind was painfully light the first day but managed to fill in the second and make for some good races. In between races the ducks got busy on the grill and whipped up some burgers. Big thank you to the Eugene Yatch Club for letting us host another fun regatta! ⛵️🌊

Last weekend the Ducks drove to Seattle for Cascadia Cup 2025 hosted by ! The wind was a little shifty the first day and great the second day. In between races, the Ducks watched the game and said hi to local dogs! Thank you to the huskies for hosting an incredible regatta!

Ducks in a row! Last week the ducks had their first practice at Fern Ridge with all the new recruits! We got a peak at the super moon reflecting over the lake as the evening ended 🌝 It’s good to be back!

T-minus two days until our interest meeting! If you’re interested at all in sailing, come check us out in McKenzie 123 this Friday at 4pm!! We hope to see you there :) ⛵️

For the past four years, they’ve been the heart of our sailing team, serving as wonderful sailors, dedicated teachers, and cherished friends. While we’re so sad to see them go, we’re immensely grateful for the joy and sense of belonging they’ve brought to the team.

Last weekend the Ducks competed in North Designate hosted by the ! This was our qualifier regatta for Champs and we’re happy to say we qualified! Good wind and back to back rotations meant we spent lots of time on the water and we are super proud of our team! Thanks UW for hosting and Sco Ducks! 🦆 🦆

This past weekend the Ducks made an international migration to Canada for Sea to Sky hosted by ! We had an amazing time in Victoria and had good strong (though very shifty) wind to sail. Thank you UVic for hosting and Sco Ducks! 🦆🦆

The Ducks headed up to Seattle this past weekend for the North Clinic hosted by and were blown away by it all. Kerry Po and Mark Laura were excellent instructors and believe it or not, there was wind! Thank you so much to the instructors for everything you do and to UW sailing for hosting! Sco Ducks! 🦆 🦆
