We are a Bellingham training studio focused on small group training for both adults and youth! We were not designed to sit around, we were designed to move.

For a decade now, I have been working with athletes of varying skill level from ages 5-18. I have worked to improve the efficiency of their movement patterns with a focus on a baseball skill set. Through this work I have honed skills that have allowed me to identify deficiencies in running, lateral agility, throwing and rotational movements and correct them. Balance and Coordination

Balance is not just standing on one leg or maintaining stability on an unstable surface.

Balance is our ability to move our center of gravity from one place to another under control.

In this class we will explore

- ground tension
- weight shifting
- rotational forces
- soft tissue contraction/relaxation
- rhythm/timing
- sequencing

and how those concepts apply to our ability to balance and keep our body safe through movement.

Upcoming Baseball Classes

High School Hitters Strength
This is a class designed for the high school level baseball or fastpitch player who wants to improve their hitting related strength!

Baseball Basics
This is an intro level class for players 8-10 looking to build their baseball or fastpitch fundamentals.

Hitting Classes
Dial in swing mechanics and mental approach for baseball or fastpitch hitters. 14u (11-14) or 10u (10 and under)

Fielding Classes
Glove skill work for baseball or fastpitch infielders.

Youth Movement
Develop general athleticism for life long health and sports performance.

Everyone has goals and everyone’s goals mean something to them. Mine are

- stay healthy movement wise (hold off nagging injuries, pulls, strains, tweaks, stay feeling buttery)
- hit softballs harder
- stay ahead of Jett (wrestling and sprinting)
- be able to adventure always no matter the terrain

On top of that I’ve got many more things I try to keep up on but those require much more detail. But in terms of the weight room I want to hold this weight while feeling strong and fluid. I don’t have goals for weights at specific lifts or distances to run or times or anything like that. Just to feel good!

Our first ever Catching Skills Class!

Night one in the books and I just want to say awesome job to Coach Gar and our students for an awesome effort. The students were focused and worked hard all night putting in a full hour of blocking drills after some Functional Movement work.

Looking forward to the next 3 weeks and hosting another 4 week session in January.

Youth Movement Class is designed to get kids moving no matter their interest in sports. We work on speed/agility, hand-eye coordination, and introduce basic strength training concepts all while keeping it fun and engaging for their age group.
