Sudden Valley Tennis

We are reactivating this page for tennis players in Sudden Valley. Since we have new beautiful courts, this FaceBook page is available for you to meet other tennis players and arrange times to play. Please feel free to list your name and availability, along with how serious of a player you are, if that’s important to you.

We may try to arrange some specific court times to encourage people to drop in and play with whoever else shows up. Any other ideas are welcome here. Let’s just get out there and have fun!

Sudden Valley is on its way to new tennis courts in Gate 2 Recreation Corridor! Should be done by September.

The courts are open!

From SV director of Recreation:

“We are happy to announce that our sports courts at the Community Center and Marina are open under Phase 2. To use these facilities Members must remain 6-feet apart from each other and a maximum of 5 persons outside of your household can congregate.”

Due to restrictions on number of players, we won’t be starting our scheduled Wednesday and Saturday play times yet, but stay tuned.

Realized that the site needed to be updated since today was to be the official start of tennis get-togethers. We are on hold indefinitely for our Saturday and Wednesday tennis meetings.

Stay safe...and at a distance! We will see you once we get the “all clear”.

Sudden Valley Tennis officially starts up again on Wednesday April Fool’s Day (April 1) at 6 pm, and on Saturday April 4 at 10 am. Time to break out your racquet and warm up your swing for the beautiful and long days of spring and summer to come!

New Wednesday evening tennis time. Fall is falling and it is getting dark earlier- tennis starting this week, Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.!

Fall is in the air but warm weather this week! Tennis Wednesday evening 6-8 pm and Saturday morning 10-12.

Hump Day Tennis tomorrow 6-8 pm! It will be a lovely evening on the courts.

Rain rain go away! We will play tomorrow evening at 6 if courts are dry and it isn’t raining.

From Saturday Morning’s session! Should be beautiful this evening - see you at 6:00.
