Hello 👋🏻 We have been asked to not park on the right side of Glenn street in from of the door for the next few weeks while they are mowing the ditches. Also, please try not to block the garages on the right side of N. Harris. The owner is having trouble accessing his garage. Thank you!!!

Sign ups will be available tomorrow through our linktree app. Starting June 2nd we will have a kids class on Tuesdays and Thursdays through the summer starting at 9:15 for ages 8 and older.

Starting June 1st through August 1st we are adding a 9:30 class. We will no longer have the 2 pm during this time. The 2 pm class will return August 2nd. Childcare will also move from 8:15 to 9:30. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Hi everyone!!! You know I’m not a fan of closing the gym but, due to high traffic volume and the uncertainty of getting around town, I’ve decided to closed classes for Friday and Saturday. Open gym is available and a workout will be on the board. So sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any questions please call me. Thank you ☺️
