It’s been a blast this summer being a part of the process helping get Willie Gull ready for his next season of College football at Chowan University. Today was his last day for the summer @ ADS, but we all are excited to see him tear the field up this season! 🏈

Whatever position you are in, and whatever God-given ability you have, use them for something greater than yourself

We are all fighting for something, so make sure you are fighting for something bigger

I do what I do not just for myself, but for God and all those people who have supported me in my life

Doing something simply to win can be motivating, but it’s always the ones that have their minds set on greater things that win where it really counts

Just a little bit of a client success story. I have been writing plans for Travis for just around 3 months now and despite his busy schedule and a jacked up shoulder, he has put in the work and is now 40 lbs. down! I love having a small part to play in success stories like this. We ain’t stopping yet though✊

I’ve been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to shadow and learn from Tremayne Stephens at his facility over the past month. In this video, I am training a young Baseball athlete through a little circuit I designed for lower-body strength and power ⚾️ 💥
