I have been walking down memory lane of late. Here I am with Dr. Paul Yip, Grand Master Yon Lee, Shaolin monk Li She Ying, and Adams House Head Dr. Sean Palfrey. At the Apthorp House Harvard. I had the privilege of working with GM Lee for over a decade and miss my time working with him 🙏❤️😔
The opening of Fu Hok again, this time an oldie…..when reviewing this with Sifu last Fall he said “Hmmmm….my hands not right” 🤔❤️🤔
Still on the topic of Fu Hok (now double hand). This is from a long bridge-hand Qigong practice that accompanies one of the 5 Element sets.
GM Woo at 79 (with his bad shoulder ❤️) giving a quick demo of the opening actions of Fu Hok. We are going through Fu Hok on Wednesday evenings on ZOOM. Thank you Sifu!
Hi Folks,
Reminder that I have restarted the Wednesday evening ZOOM class. We will be working through Fu Hok /Tiger Crane form. If you are interested contact me.

I found this little insert in the basement yesterday while cleaning. It is from Northern Mantis GM Wong Han Fun’s premade/packaged Dit Da Jow ball. The herbal ball came in a white wax shell. Break it open, take out the ball of herbs, and infuse in a liter of alcohol…..VOILA! I had gotten this from GM Quai Wong in the early 1970s who was a student of WHF and would bring a box of these back from Hong Kong to the school. I have been fascinated with Dit Da Jow since then. Below: the insert, a big pot of Dit Da Jow ready to bottle, and a poster or Wong Sifu.
