Get to know our new trainer, Tony Bianchi, in his own words:
To me, fitness is more than just a workout — it’s a lifestyle built on consistency, discipline, and personal growth. Fitness has been a major part of my life since middle school, growing up around it with both my father and uncle working as personal trainers. From an early age, I learned the value of hard work, structure, and taking care of both your body and mind.
I also served 4 years in the military, where fitness, discipline, and daily routine became deeply ingrained in who I am. During my time overseas, training became my non-negotiable outlet — helping me stay mentally focused, physically strong, and grounded through every challenge.
Over the past several years, I’ve been helping clients improve their health, strength, confidence, and overall fitness through personal training. I’ve worked with people looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve conditioning, and create sustainable habits that fit their lifestyle. One of my proudest success stories was helping a client go from 195 lbs to 175 lbs in about 3 months while becoming significantly stronger and more confident in the process.
My coaching style is supportive but accountable. I believe real results come from consistency, discipline, encouragement, and creating habits that people can maintain long term. I’m passionate about building a positive training environment where clients feel motivated, challenged, and confident in their progress every step of the way.
Fitness has completely changed my life, and helping others experience that same transformation is what motivates me every day.

We love this review :)
I live near this gym and was always curious about this place but confused about what it is exactly and timid to try.
I finally tried a drop in class the other day, and boy am I glad I did.
If you are curious about what this place offers, I recommend you do what I did: try one session- you really just have to experience it once, to fully understand how this unique fitness place works, and what it does.
The trainers are very professional, supportive, knowledgeable, warm, and inspiring. The members are also extremely friendly and kind, and they all raved about the place.
One member put it this way: “you can offer me free membership to the most luxurious gym in Boston and I will still choose Rayfit, because this is the only place that’s helped me stick to my workout routine”

Ladies! Here’s the thing: your body is always changing. But that doesn’t mean you have to settle for feeling stiff, slow, or like gravity’s suddenly gotten meaner. Strength training is one of the most underrated (and misunderstood) tools for women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond.
And no, we’re not talking about powerlifting competitions (unless you want to, in which case: go you). We’re talking about smart, simple strength work that keeps you strong, steady, sharp, and seriously confident.
First personal training session is free. Get started today!

The Benefits of Doing 1.5 Reps When Exercising
If you’ve ever taken BodyBurn Group Training at RayFit, you know we focus on quality movement, muscle tension, and controlled reps — not just throwing weight around. One technique we love using in strength training is the 1.5 rep method.
A 1.5 rep is exactly what it sounds like:
You perform one full repetition, then add an extra half rep before returning to a full rep.
It may sound simple, but 1.5 reps can completely change how an exercise feels and how effective it becomes.

The Power of Simplicity: Benefits of Eating One-Ingredient Foods.
In a world filled with processed snacks, fast food, and labels packed with ingredients you can’t pronounce, sometimes the healthiest move is the simplest one: eat foods made of just one ingredient.
A one-ingredient food is exactly what it sounds like — a food in its natural form with no additives, preservatives, or fillers. Think Eggs, Steak, Chicken breast, Sweet potato, Blueberries, Avocado, Rice, and Spinach.
