One simple habit that can make a big difference in your sleep: give yourself some screen-free time before bed.
Scrolling, watching TV, or answering messages right up until bedtime keeps your brain engaged when it should be starting to wind down. The light from screens can also interfere with your body’s natural sleep signals.
Try giving yourself 30–60 minutes without screens before bed. Instead, read a book, stretch, listen to music, or simply relax.
Better sleep starts with better habits. Put the phone down and give your brain a chance to shut down, too!
