September is packed with continuing education at Scuba Divers Paradise — and if you’re headed to Cozumel with us October 1st, Waves, Tides & Currents should be at the top of your list.

Cozumel is known for its drift diving. Learning how to properly plan for currents, recognize changing water conditions, make safe entries and exits, and work with the water instead of fighting it can make a huge difference in how comfortable you feel once we hit the reef.

Our NAUI Open Water students are learning the skills, confidence and safety practices needed to become certified scuba divers!

From classroom instruction to hands-on training in the water, they are one step closer to beginning a lifetime of underwater adventures. Great job, divers!

It was a busy weekend at the lake! Divers participated in shore dives, a boat diving class, underwater navigation training and Advanced Open Water courses.

From building confidence beneath the surface to learning new skills and exploring different diving environments, everyone put in great work and made the most of their time underwater. Congratulations to all our divers!

We took our training to the lake today for navigation class! Students practiced using their compasses, following headings and navigating underwater with confidence. Great work by everyone as they continue building essential scuba skills!

Lost and found: One scuba weight pocket has surfaced without its diver or BC. 🤿

If yours made an unauthorized escape of your BC during a dive, stop by the shop, or the lake, and tell us where you lost it so we can reunite the escapee with its owner.

Last night was a busy one at Scuba Divers Paradise! Participants took their first breaths underwater during Try Scuba, while our Open Water students continued building the skills and confidence needed to become certified divers.
