Since starting this journey I have found I LOVE fitness and helping others. In June of 2015,I earned my Instructor Certifications for TDF BootCamp, TDF Kick, TDF HIIT IT, TDF Dance. I teach classes locally and will post class information here along with funny, motivational, and helpful tips.
