Adult Day Services Bemidji

The month of February was a fun and busy time! From Coffee with Cops, personalized pizzas for National Pizza Day, mock-tail margaritas for National Margarita Day, Spa Days, to one of the clients favorites, the monthly goat visit.

Highlights of Our Week

-Their second favorite, the amazing Senior Center

Sadly, we will be closed tomorrow January 22nd and Friday January 23rd due to the expected cold temperatures. We hope you stay warm and if you have to go outside don’t forget to bundle up.

This week has been the Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) for our clients!

Another fun-filled week with our clients here at ADS 😃

Everyone at adult day had a wonderful time celebrating the last week! We had Christmas movies playing, Christmas music playing, cookie decorating, a delicious ham dinner meal and we even had a very special visitor to pass out some gifts to all who were here! As we close out the year 2025 we want to thank every participant and their families/caregivers! We are so fortunate to serve the people that we do! From everyone at adult day services, we want to wish you a safe and happy new year!! 🎆

Adult Day Services in Bemidji is looking for a Director of Care employee! Listed below are a few of the job description qualifications that is requested for the position:

1. Assist in planning and scheduling quarterly visits with the client's team and follow through with the meeting.

2. Assure that the individual's plan of care, abuse prevention plan, and other client documentation requirements are up to date.

3. Be responsive to verbal and non- verbal requests of participants.

4. Provide emotional support and maintain a helpful interpersonal relationship with participants, caregivers, and other providers.

5. Assist with medication administration as necessary.

6. Assist as team member with overall programming (assisting on the floor as direct care staff, drive company buses/ van as needed, assist with bathroom cares as needed, etc)
