🌙 A little update from me, loves…

Over the past couple of months I’ve been dealing with some significant sciatic pain, and today I had a procedure done in hopes of finally finding some relief! 🙏

In true yogini fashion — rest is the practice — I’ll be taking the weekend to recover, so there will be no yoga classes this Saturday or Sunday at The Clearing in Bemidji.

But June is looking beautiful! Come find me on the mat:
✨ Slow Flow Yoga — Saturdays @ 9:30 AM
✨ Deep Stretch / Restorative — Sundays @ 8:30 AM
✨ Yoga Nidra — Friday, June 19 @ 6:00 PM (please join me for this one — it’s so special!)
