"Never in my life have I been this fit! I joined Evolution Fitness 3 months ago and can say I feel the best I felt in a long time! The machines are BEASTS, and Nathan is top-notch, able to modify your routine based on injuries and what you want to focus on, etc. I don't have to figure anything out or worry that I will hurt my compromised back. I don't have to worry about what time I'll go to the gym, and do the same routine over and over again. Nathan listens, pushes you, and measure your improvement.

I have more muscle mass than I have ever had, and have increased my strength by well over 50%. I decided as I grow older, I would not be that frail, hunched over old person you see everywhere, and instead I am fit and probably as strong as I can possibly will be without injuring myself.
