I am so proud of this duo. Surf Dog and Elizabeth Buchanan were champion (winning 4 of 5 classes) in the long stirrup, won the classic with a pair of 82s, and were second in the J bar J hunter derby. Thank you Oregon High Desert Classic for putting on such a fun show.

We had a great month in Thermal. The horses were fantastic, the show was amazing, and the weather was wonderful.
Cate Morse and Limbo UZ had a fantastic two weeks in Thermal taking home many top 10 placing a in the equitation. I am so proud of you two.

Surf Dog was Reserve Champion in the Green 3’6”. I couldn’t be more proud of the consistency this young horse. Thank you Elizabeth Buchanan for all your support. He’s a star 🤩🤩

Congratulations Elizabeth Buchanan and Surf Dog on a tremendous two weeks in the desert. Last week they were reserve Champion in the Child/adult equitation and this week they were CHAMPION in the Adult hunters 2’. They also competed in their first ever derby and were 7th out of 21! Watch out for these two!
