Comment "Mistakes" and I'll send you the 3 biggest training mistakes I see mountaineers make. 🏔️
The first one is not training specifically for the mountains. Yes, workout classes and random runs and once-in-a-while workouts can be great but they're not always going to confidently take you to the top of a mountain (especially one like Shasta).

The Alpine Adaptation Method is a simple way to organize training so it actually supports mountain objectives instead of feeling random or rushed.

Each phase has a purpose, and each one prepares you for the next. When training follows this progression, consistency improves, confidence grows, and athletes show up to their objectives feeling prepared instead of guessing.
