Quick update: Fire investigation has been completed and we are waiting on the official report. The building is being assessed for further structural damage. That's all we know for now! Stay safe and take care this Holiday Season.

Wishing all of you a happy thanksgiving!
Here's a quick update for those of you that may not have received our email.
Temporary scaffolding on the roof has been placed and the fire investigation should be completed shortly.
Refunds have been processed and will be returned to your card on file or a check has been sent for those with paid in full dues. No date for reopening at this point.

Hi everyone! No new updates on the building or any kind of timeline, but here's what Xcel and Snap are offering all of you. We miss you all already :(

We don't have a lot of new information for you, but here's a quick update.
First off, no one was hurt in the fire this morning and we are extremely thankful for that. A big thank you to all the emergency responders that were there. We appreciate the work you did today and the work you do daily! Thank you to everyone that stopped by or checked in with us today!
No one is allowed in the building until the structural damage is addressed. With that being said, the gym will be closed until further notice. We do not have a timeline at this point.
Billing has been suspended as of today and we are working on taking care of those you who may have signed up recently or have paid in fulls etc.
We will do our best to keep you updated but do not hesitate to reach out to us. Please email us with your questions/concerns at [email protected]. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through this!
