Going through perimenopause is no joke!
I had an almost non stop litany of heath issues and injuries pop up during this time that caused me to gain some weight through no fault of my own. From skyrocketing estrogen levels that packed on pounds, an ACL surgery that left me on crutches for weeks, to a full blown abdominal hysterectomy that took a couple months to recover from, AND all the ups and downs of perimenopause it wasn’t easy AT ALL! 😮💨
I had to work hard to get my health and strength back to normal but at the end of the day it is up to me to do the work. So before you think a coach just has it easy or all together - we don't. I'm a real woman going through the same challenges as you with time constraints, responsibilities, and challenges.
