Fitness for the life you want to live.
Jeff and his wife joined Foundation about four months ago with a shared goal: stay fit, capable, and active so they can truly enjoy their retirement years—and the time they have with family.
For Jeff, it’s also about looking ahead. Seeing the challenges their aging parents face has motivated them to build strength and fitness now, with the hope of maintaining their independence and quality of life as they age.
And while he admits he sometimes has to make himself come… once he’s here, the variety of workouts and exercises makes it all worthwhile.
That’s the kind of fitness we believe in: training today for the life you want tomorrow.

The many talented Tanner. And yes… there’s more. 😏
HYDRATE. FUEL. PERFORM.
Water is important—but hydration is more than just water. Electrolytes can play an important role, especially when you’re training and sweating.
And don’t forget the other half of the equation: FUEL YOUR BODY. What you need before and after workouts can change with your age, stage of life, training demands, and individual needs.
Do your research. Find trusted professionals. And give your body what it needs to perform, recover, and thrive.
Just another day at the office.
Clock in.
Clock out.
Rinse.
Repeat.
STRENGTH STARTS WITH HOW YOU MOVE.
Before we add load, intensity, or complexity, we need to understand how your body moves.
At Foundation, every athlete and member starts with a Movement Screen—assessing mobility, stability, and movement patterns to identify compensations and opportunities for improvement.
Because long-term strength isn’t just about getting stronger. It’s about building strength on a foundation that is stable, mobile, and moving well.
Start with the right patterns. Correct what needs correcting. Then build from there.
That’s how we set you up for long-term success. 💪

Consistency is the key…
Week in and week out you will see Scott show up and put in the work.
Scott had never tried pilates till he stepped foot in Foundation several years ago.
Now if you ask his coaches about his progress since the beginning, they will tell you it’s been incredible to watch.
Proud of you Scott! Your commitment and positive energy makes us all better.
Colleen has been putting in the work; showing up consistently over the last four months.
She’s building strength in here so that she can have more fun doing the things she loves out there.
Way to go!!! We are so proud of you!
Today was packed with practical takeaways at our Fatigue Masterclass.
Dr. Calley Asbill, founder of Elixir Collective, unpacked the lab work that should be considered when addressing chronic fatigue—from thyroid and adrenal health to iron markers—and explained the nuances behind what those numbers can really tell us.
Then Nina Hersher, mental health therapist at Elixir and founder of the Digital Wellness Institute, expanded the conversation to another source of fatigue: our relationship with technology. She shared how our phones can quietly impact stress levels, sleep quality, and overall well-being, along with practical strategies for building healthier phone habits.
A huge thank you to Dr. Calley and Nina for sharing their expertise, and to everyone who joined us. We’re grateful to continue bringing our community together to learn, ask questions, and build healthier, more resilient lives.
Join us tomorrow for a special collaboration between Foundation Health & Fitness and Elixir Collective as we explore one of the most common—but often misunderstood—challenges people face:
chronic stress and fatigue.
Are you constantly tired, even after a full night’s sleep? Feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or like your energy never fully returns?
This masterclass will dive into how your nervous system may be influencing your energy, resilience, and overall well-being.
