I’ve been pole dancing for two and a half years, and discovering Sekse came at a difficult time in my life when I truly needed something positive.
Through pole dancing at Sekse, I found not only physical strength but also a renewed sense of confidence and self-belief. The community at Sekse has been incredibly supportive, making my journey feel welcoming and empowering from the very beginning. Pole dancing pushed me far outside my comfort zone and helped me discover just how capable and strong my body really is. The instructors are always uplifting and encouraging, which has made a huge difference throughout my dance journey. What started as a new activity during a hard time has grown into a powerful outlet for growth, confidence, and connection. Thanks to Sekse and its amazing community, pole dancing has become more than a hobby—it’s been a transformative experience for both my body and mind.

Hello our fearless, sexy, loyal Seksé members 🖤

After a lot of thought, we’ve decided it’s time for us to step back from running the studio — not because we don’t love Seksé (we always will), but because this community deserves leadership that can be fully present.

We’re passing the torch to someone we deeply trust and who’s been here since the early days: Liv Mills, with the goal of transferring ownership by Q2 of this year.

What’s not changing: your memberships, packs, and strong-performing classes. What is coming: thoughtful growth, new classes, and a new chapter led by Liv — with you always as the priority.

Liv is rebranding and building on the foundation we’ve created together. For this transition to truly succeed, she needs community support — whether that’s donating to her GoFundMe (link in bio) or simply continuing to show up.

We wouldn’t be here without the people who carried Seksé through every season since 2019 — our OG Lil’ Kim, our Queen Bee who lead the charge for a long time and Steph who stepped in to lead us to the finish line. To all the instructors who showed up when it mattered most, especially Kendall, Barb, Rosalee, Liv, and so many others who poured their hearts into this space. Every single instructor helped build this movement.

Seksé has never just been a studio — it’s a movement. This is not the end. We’ll still be teaching branded classes here, and we’re fully backing Liv as her vision takes shape.

Thank you for the sweat, tears, laughs, stories, and love since 2019. We love you endlessly 🖤
