This week's Artist of the Week is Laura Watkins 🥾

Laura is an artist and avid hiker who captures her jaunts through the mountains and woods with whatever instrument of color is closest - acrylics, oil, colored pencils, etc. Every painting starts with an adventure, whether that's catching sunrise at the Maroon Bells, wandering through the Pacific Northwest, or meeting the cutest little pika along the trail.

In order to get to know her a little better, we asked her some very important questions.

FRE Yahoos: When was the last time you laughed until you cried?
Laura: Any time there’s “Type II fun” on just about any long, difficult mountain trail. Aka terrible in the moment, but great memories after the fact - there will always be a mixture of laughter and tears just to make it through.
FRE Yahoos: Amen, been there sister 🤣😭 If you were a spice, which one would you be?
Laura: I would be cinnamon because it is just common enough for everyday taste, but adds a little something special no matter the season. Paired with coffee is the way to go.

We’ll drink to that ☕

Swipe through and let us know which one's coming home with you. 💚

Only available for a week!

This week we're diving to Sara's art! Sara Slocum is a former Game Artist who traded the screen for paintbrushes (yeppp! she's THAT girl). After 20 years in the gaming industry, she took the leap to follow her dream of becoming a children's book illustrator and creating art that brings a little more joy into the world.

We're so excited to have Sara's artwork join us, and we think her colorful, joy-filled style feels right at home on our gear. :) Only available for a week!

This week we're hanging out with Laura Nitzsche all the way from Northern Patagonia.

Laura spends a whole bunch of time outside, snowboarding, biking, hiking, making art, and it definitely shows. If there's a mountain involved, she's probably having a pretty good day!!

Her Artist of the Week artwork is live now! Go have a peek. ❤️

We've got another awesome human to introduce you to!

Meet Julianne, a Bend-based artist who paints colorful PNW landscapes, dreamy wildflowers, and (our favorite fun fact) live weddings. Yep... she literally paints a scene from the wedding while it’s going down 🤯

She's also a paddle boarder, hiker, volleyball addict, motorcycle rider, and unapologetic thrift store enthusiast. In fact, she once laughed so hard she cried after spotting herself on the local news at a Goodwill grand opening. 😂

Her Artist of the Week collection is live! Go give Julianne a warm welcome and let us know which print you're snagging. 💛

Meet our new Artist of the Week all the way from Czechia, Marie (Mája) Šnajdrová! 🎨⛰️

She's painted in Patagonia, Alaska, the Pacific Northwest, and most recently the Himalayas in winter. Which sounds amazing... and also wicked cold.

Craziest place she’s cooked a meal because I know you were wondering? In a bathroom cause it was the only place without any wind.

Take a peek at her collection below and show her some love. I think you'll find a little bit of creativity, color, and mountain magic in there :)

🥒 She's firmly team dill pickle.
🍲 Her favorite smell is home-cooked food.
🇩🇰 She'd move to Denmark tomorrow if she could.
🎨 She's a self-taught artist.

Ok soooo Kelly Densmore week has officially begun!!

Kelly is an Oregon-based artist, illustrator, pattern designer, landscape architecture professor and longtime plant ID teacher.

A few important facts about Kelly:

-spent a month surviving on powdered meals on the slopes of Mt Kenya
-got jump scared in a rhododendron garden by her daughter and fully lost it 😂
-would be cardamom if she were a spice. Sweet, savory, little kick. Fair enough.

Anywayyy go take a peek at the new goods 👀

So this week we get to introduce you to Tasha Greene!

Painter, illustrator, plant lover, professional maker-of-beautiful-things, and probably someone who owns at least one extremely healthy houseplant.

Tasha’s work is inspired by hiking, camping, plants, travel, and all the little still
moments outdoors that make life feel slower in the best way.

The whole collection is live now and available through next Monday at 11:30pm!
