Read that statistic again. What are you doing to make it happen?
Working with your clients is a joy you pour your heart and soul into your program and course, working to get each and every client the promised transformation.
Currently though you are so focused on getting the next batch of clients signed up that your energy and focus begin to wane and at the end of the program your clients just seem to fall away into the ethers of Instagram.

Silence is not golden...especially when you have 2 curious children in your home. 👀
I had snuck away from the kids as they were playing nicely outside with the dogs - Fresh air and few things they could tear apart being outside.
I hustled to my computer to get just 15 minutes to get a plan together for my weekly content. Little did I know they were in the midst of helping me do just that at the same time. 👩💻
I pulled my head up long enough to hear the silence.
Ugh, this can't be good...I stood up from my desk to find my children crawling into the garbage bin. Ick! 🤢
And just when I didn't think it could get worse I turned to find my 2 year old had pulled off her diaper and was now running around the yard free as a bird. 🍑
For me this was a reminder that I need to be more present with them.
And as I am building this business I need to keep balance and motherhood in check. One way to do that is to use my time wisely by building out systems and automations now.
I don't know if you can feel me here mama but building a business can be hard with kiddos.

Why did it take me 40 years to learn this?
Because this is my journey and it may have been just the path I needed to take. But I can tell you that I am breaking this habit.
I spent so much of my life controlled by old stories. Ones from my childhood of not enough, stories from bullies who were intimidated by me and my potential.
Sadly I allowed my need to fit in overrule my souls journey then.
But no more!
This is my journey in this life and the habit of making myself small is over. This is my time.

There are two assets in your business, most people only pay attention to one of them.
Money and Time.
They go hand in hand, but you can't get more time, you can always earn more money!
Double tap if when you started your business you dreamed of the day you would have more of both.
But here you are a couple years in and seeing success financially, girl you are earling six figures and that is AMAZING!
But you are feeling like you are on the verge of burnout and exhausted from the running of your business and grinding to keep all the plate in the air and keep the income coming in. You dream of the day when it will all shift and you will have the time freedom you dreamed of while still seeing your income grow.
Here a few things you may be doing in your business that may be holding you back from that life of freedom you dream of:
1. You created a job for yourself and never fully transitioned into the role of an Entrepreneuer - we are not taught in our schooling how to think like entrepreneurs but the shift is critical to the next stage of your business and truely being the Entrepreneur you dreamed of being
2. You lack systems that do the work for you - Automation is key in a small business. We are lucky there are so many amazing and integrated tools out there today.
3. You are spending more time in your business completing tasks that don't bring in the revenue - this approach holds you back from going to that next level. You have to have the time and space to grow your business and do the income producing work.
4. You hold all the knowledge of your business in your head. Not only is this exhausting but it doesn't allow for consistent results or experiences for your clients.
If this is you don't fret! You can turn transtion things into having a smooth running business that provides you the business and life you dream of with a few key steps and systems that will have you acheiving your goals with ease. Its just about identifying your key processes that you are drowning in and how they can be systematized to get you out of them.

Making time for you is not selfish...
I hear from mommas all the time that they don’t have time to hit the pause button on life and do something for themselves. Sometimes they even say they feel selfish to not give every waking moment to their kiddos.
Hard to admit but I have been there.
For a long time I had it in my head that as the mom I have to do all the things. Maybe it was due to the Hollywood portraits of the mom that had all her ish together and could work and keep an home spotless but in the end it left me resentful and dead tired.
Finding time for me took some maneuvering in my day, major mental resets and talking with the hubs but it’s resulted in a happier more energized me.
That’s a win I will take!

The struggle is real...
To some the nightmare of covid amplified cracks in relationships. It resulted in hard truths coming to light. It has brought about decisions to end marriages.
Yesterday a couple that I was inspired by and looked to as mentors in relationships shared the hard news that they were ending their marriage.
To be honest I was devastated. But then I looked to my love and realized their truth is not mine.
Mike and I have grown so much closer through this time. We have grown as individuals open to identifying and sharing our struggles and our weaknesses with each other so we could lift one another up. It give me hope for our future and faith in us.
I don’t have any words of advice here for we all will have our own journeys. I just share that I am grateful for this quarantine time and my decision to recommit myself to Mike and our marriage everyday.
This has been a hard season ya’ll. Know I am with you and wish I could share a glass of wine with you and just girl talk all the hard stuff away. 🍷
