🙌 Member Spotlight! - Matt
After a few weeks of work, Matt has greatly improved his ability to shallow the club! We continue to improve his ability to stay in posture. A great thought for many amateurs is feeling their head and tailbone are attached to a wall and you’re rotating around your spine!
