What happens when you keep showing up for yourself?
For Stephanie, it meant riding trails this year that felt impossible at the end of last season.
For Jessie, the biggest change wasn't just her health, fitness, or strength.
It was her mindset.
After repeatedly showing up for herself and practicing the habits she wanted to build, those changes started to feel like part of who she is.
And that's exactly why we're bringing this work to our Bend Retreat. ๐
Yes, we'll spend four days riding bikes, building skills, and exploring some incredible trails.
But you'll also have the opportunity to work with a health coach throughout the weekend and think about what you need to feel stronger, healthier, and more supported when you head back home.
Because sometimes getting away gives you the space to actually think about how you want to move forward.
Not just on your bike.
But in your life.
The physical changes matter, of course.
But so does becoming someone who trusts herself.
Someone who knows she can do hard things.
Someone who keeps showing up, even when things aren't perfect.
That's the kind of confidence we hope you leave Bend with.
Come ride, reset, and spend a few days investing in yourself.

Still thinking about joining us in La Grande? We still have a few spots left! ๐ตโโ๏ธ๐
On September 5, we're spending the day riding, learning, and building confidence together in Eastern Oregon.
Here's what's included:
๐ตโโ๏ธ 3-hour Intermediate Tech Skills Clinic with a professional MTB coach
๐ตโโ๏ธ 2-hour group ride to practice your new skills
๐ Our Getting Started Guide to help you keep building your skills beyond the clinic
During the clinic, we'll focus on body positioning, braking on steeper terrain, line choice, and bike/body separationโwith plenty of repetition, coaching feedback, and trail application.
But the best part?
You'll also meet other women who love riding, explore new trails, and leave with a little more confidence than you arrived with.
This clinic is best for riders with 1โ2 years of experience who are comfortable on green and easier blue trails and ready to level up their technical riding.

What if your fall didn't end with you completely exhausted and wondering where the year went?
What if you took a few days to step away from the noise, ride your bike, eat really good food, spend time outside, and actually focus on yourself?
That's what we're creating at the Bend Retreat. ๐
Before Bend, you might be feeling like you need a break but can't quite justify taking one. Your riding gets pushed down the list, your health gets pushed down the list, and somehow you're already thinking about the holidays.
Then you get to Bend.
You ride through golden fall colors and quiet trails. You work on your MTB skills. You eat nourishing meals. You sit around the fire with hot cocoa and women who quickly become friends. And you get to work with a women's health coach and strength training specialist to think about how you want to take care of yourself when you get home.
Because the goal isn't just to have an amazing weekend.
It's to go home feeling stronger, renewed, and refreshed and ready to carry that feeling into the rest of your fall.

You might think you're signing up for a mountain bike weekend.
But the Bend Retreat is so much more than that. ๐
Yes, you'll ride beautiful trails, get a half-day skills clinic, and have the opportunity to build confidence on terrain that's different from what you're used to.
But you'll also get something that's harder to put on an itinerary: time for yourself.
Time away from work, responsibilities, and the constant feeling that you should be doing something else.
Time to eat good food, relax in the hot tub, sit around the fire, laugh with other women, and remember what it feels like to simply enjoy being outside.
You'll work on your skills, your confidence, your mindset, and your connection with a community of women who love riding as much as you do.
So yes, come to Bend for the mountain biking.
But don't be surprised if you leave with new friends, a little more confidence, and a reminder that taking care of yourself is worth making space for.
Curious about the retreat?
Join Erica and Bekah for our free Unlocking Your MTB Mindset info session on August 24. We'll talk about the mindset traps that can keep you from progressing and how the Bend Retreat can help you keep moving forward.
