Sam and Helen are hosting two Zoom classes this month - they’re 90 minutes of Yang Yin with meditation and time for discussion to connect and debrief. Friends with kids - I’m excited to share that is leading a donation-based class with childcare on Thursdays at 4:30pm. 🙌 Class is held outdoors at the Unitarian church on Skyliners and Skyline Ranch.
