Kathy isn’t just a founding member, she is a certified OG from our garage days. She is a natural leader in the gym and someone that I have personally confided in during some difficult times. She is a relentless WORKER, a great friend, and fearless mother, and she is strong AF!!

Less than 5% of woman ever accomplish benching a plate. That’s 135 solid pounds that is a huge milestone in the strength journey. Today, she owned that weight for the first time and we are all so incredibly proud and happy!

We’re always sad to see our youth athletes go at the end of a program. But we made sure Logan is heading back to school with a new bench PR of 135!

Keep up the hard work and limits become fiction ✊🏻
