HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING
(IN THE TRUE SENSE)
High intensity training is so misunderstood, yet everyone is using the term. Personal trainers, coaches and Gurus have taken the high intensity training and added their own philosophy. Their philosophy is totally against the laws of high intensity. Yes there are laws of how to build larger than normal size muscles and gaining strength. Not the laws of mankind, but the laws of nature.
Your body has a nature, your mind has a nature, and your brain has a nature. For you to learn this you have to have an active mind not and opened mind. An opened mind allows unfiltered information to cause you to follow a confused unclear program to achieve your goals, which is getting bigger and stronger muscles. There are so many of you who are confused and have gone through countless of hours of training, a slave to your art, thinking this is the program. Then weeks go by with little or no improvements to your physique or strength, along with having more negative days than productive days for the countless hours of training. How many years can one tolerate this kind of failures before you just say I JUST DON’T HAVE IT!! Do you know how many bodybuilders and athletes have quit, failed to achieve their goals? 90 percent of them, and that is just too many! It’s like you trying to get a tan from the moon light. It is impossible. Why? Not enough intensity!
The body does not have to produce any type of chemicals to protect the skin from this type of intensity (moon light) it’s a NATURAL REACTION getting a tan or building larger muscles, It is not cosmetic. The body does not care if you have blond hair, red hair, brown hair or have eight inch arms or twenty inch arms. The intensity of the sun light is going to cause a reaction to the skin so that it produces a protective barrier which intern you get a tan. That means you have triggered the tanning chemicals by the intensity of the sun light. More muscle tissue is made when you push yourself past the point of what the body can already do. There is no reason for them to change in size or strength until there is a greater load or intensity on them to grow. It would be like you trying to get a tan in the moon light. Get it! There has to be a load on the tissue for it to trigger the growth mechanism. If you can curl a one hundred pound barbell for ten reps and did not attempt the eleventh one, the one rep that takes one hundred percent intensity where you are shaking and trembling all over then you have not taken your body to the brake over point to grow. It’s the very last rep (failure) is when your body responds to this assault, that it will trigger a defensive reaction that will protect the body from future attacks by enlarging and making a bigger and stronger muscle. This is not my law or something I came up with it is a fact of NATURE! Just like I have mentioned above about getting a sun tan it’s not cosmetic it is a natural affect.
Your body has a limited amount of reserved ability. When you train to complete failure you have made and inroad to your recoverability. You have dug a hole that must be filled in before you can build any muscle on top of it or you can say you have to put back what you have used before you can grow. You must understand this break down is not just the muscle but a systemic break down. It is imperative that totally rest the body after this kind of training. (Very few people know this in fact it is never spoken about at all)! It may take three or four days to recover. I and my team have taken off for one week (did nothing) after a bout with a high intensity training. Many times we have done a nasty leg program after the workout we took two weeks off only to come back stronger. Why you do not hear more about this philosophy? It’s the consequences of and opened mind. They feed you ARBITURY BIBICAL COMANDMENTS thou shall do ten sets, fifteen sets, twenty sets, stay in gym for hours train four five six times a week with no explanation, no logic on how this type of training will make you a champion ! It’s the blind making you leap into the darkness. Let me express one more false avenue that is also used by the great trainer’s! The instinctive principal! WELL MAN IS NOT WIRED LIKE ANIMALS! We are a conceptual beings based on mental concepts to analyze and solve problems. Do not lose that gift by thinking if I do it more I will achieve my quest. I saw many crash and burn using that concept.
Real high intensity training is based on INTENSITY, DURATION, and FREQUINCY TRAINING TO FAILURE that’s fifty percen, rest is the other fifty percent. Yet the so called masters say training to failure does not work. In fact the pros say (trainers) it’s not good for you to do such a program. It is unhealthy. Bunk!! My team of three others trained together for thirty five years Gretta a women of twenty one years , Charles Champ Trimarco age thirty five years old and Dennis my brother and I in our early thirty’s, have been using this program and I am not damaged or are my partners or the thousands whom we trained over the last fifty years. We have now been training SIXTY TWO YEARS always searching out new concepts on how to build bigger and stronger muscles,! All of us won regional, international, world contest.
