Start your hydration today! Continue hydrating for the next 2 weeks specifically. Get in the habit of constantly replacing your fluids.
Fuel your body! The work you’re going to be putting in over the next 2 weeks requires fuel! Fuel in the form of carbohydrates and protein. All from good sources!
Sleep! I know a lot of you like to stay up late, try to get enough sleep for the next days activities. Don’t rely on possibly taking a nap the next day. Try for 7-9 hours of sleep each night! Make it a habit!
