Our facilities include: a gated baby pool, 3ft - 9ft pool, diving board, pool slide, volleyball net in pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, picnic tables, large sandy area for beach toy & ball playing, concession stand & building for shade, pool table & games, bath house with showers, certified lifeguards, pool party rentals (7-10pm nightly)
RENTAL SHARES
Potential new members may rent a share for their first year at the Benson Pool for $400. After the first year rental, the family must become a member in order to enjoy our pool. Members referring a renter will receive a $50 referral bonus per rental.

VISITOR PASSES
Members are allowed to bring their guests to the pool for a fee of $5.00 per guest, per visit. (Restriction: Any member in arrears in payment such as holding a membership within the past two years and not current on payments, will not be allowed to use a visitor pass.) SIGN IN SHEET
Each member is required to sign the log book each visit to the pool. BABYSITTERS
If you have someone who will be babysitting for your child or children, they should be listed on your Family Information Sheet. There will be a fee of $10 per week to add your sitter if they are not a member of the pool. For more information – send email to [email protected]

PRIVATE POOL PARTY RENTALS: $200 - 7-10pm for up to 50 swimmers - includes lifeguards, if more swimmers then request pricing.
