Jennifer Smelser hasn’t worked with me for long but has made a ton of progress post surgery, here’s her telling:
On 11-16-23 I had left bicep tear and shoulder surgery. I went to physical therapy for 3 months. After I was released , I only had 50% use back of my shoulder and arm. I couldn’t even carry groceries with that arm. I started training with Smitty on 4-24 24 to get some strength back to do the daily life things. In just almost 4 months, I have so much strength back in that arm. I am excited to see my future progress!
She’s stronger, more mobile, has less pain, and most of her progress is yet to come. Here’s some progress photos.
Next for her is more of a lean phase then we will hit another strength and grow phase!
