On July 4-5, teams from across Arkansas and beyond will come together at Otter Creek Soccer Complex for the inaugural Bueno Copa, a tournament created to support Cris Bueno and his family following his recent stroke.

Cris has spent years investing in people, building relationships, supporting players, and helping grow our soccer community. Now it's our turn to support him.

We invite teams from every league, every background, and every community to join us for a weekend of competition, fellowship, and purpose.

⚠️CLUB STATEMENT:

Arkansas Wolves FC can confirm that Founder and General Manager Sean Jones has officially been made AVAILABLE FOR SELECTION following a recent shortage of midfielders, defenders, forwards, and occasionally common sense.

While club officials remain optimistic that current players will remain healthy and available, emergency contingency plans have now been activated.

Jones, who last appeared in a Wolves shirt several years ago, has reportedly begun a rigorous fitness program consisting of stretching, hydration, and telling people he could still do it if he really wanted to.

When asked if he would be ready should the call come, Jones responded:

"I can give you 15 good minutes. Maybe 12."

The club will continue monitoring the situation closely.

A strong performance from the pack tonight as Wolves II earned a well-deserved 6-0 victory at Burns Park. 💪⚽

One of the most encouraging parts of the evening was the opportunity to give meaningful minutes to several of our younger players and members of our third team alongside some of our more experienced players. The group competed well, worked hard for one another, and represented the badge with pride.

Credit to Hot Springs Wolves for a competitive match and the right spirit throughout. 🤝

🇲🇽 WELCOME ISMAEL VASQUEZ "EL MICRO" 🦉🇲🇽

We are honored to announce Ismael Vasquez as the new Vice President of the MexArk League.

Ismael is one of the most respected and recognized figures in both the Hispanic community and the Arkansas soccer community. His lifelong dedication to the game, leadership, and commitment to serving others make him a tremendous addition to the MexArk leadership team.

His journey with MexArk began in 1999 as a player and later as a referee, giving him firsthand knowledge of the league's history and the impact it has had on generations of players and families.

Before settling in Arkansas, Ismael played professionally in Mexico with Matamoros Delfines in the Tamaulipas border region as part of the Third Division. He has also served as an Assistant Coach with Arkansas Wolves and continues to give back to the game as an active referee at the USSF, high school, and collegiate levels.

Beyond soccer, Ismael holds a law degree from Mexico and brings a wealth of leadership experience, professionalism, and integrity to the league.

His vision for MexArk is simple and powerful: strengthen the league, increase competitiveness, improve organization, and provide safe, quality fields where players, families, and the entire community can enjoy the game they love.

We are truly blessed to have Ismael serving in this leadership role and helping guide MexArk into its next chapter.
