I’ve been putting off making this post but I can’t put it off any longer. Some of you have already heard but I have accepted a position at SIH & have unfortunately made the extremely difficult decision to close the gym down. I knew it was a gamble when i opened but I loved it so much & it was worth every gamble. I have loved getting to know each & every one of you & am so beyond proud of all my ladies!!! Don’t ever let anyone underestimate you because you are strong!!! I love you ladies & have appreciated your support more than words could ever express!!
The last day the gym will be open is Tuesday March 24.

✨LEARN TO ENJOY THE JOURNEY & THE GOAL NEVER SEEMS TOO FAR AWAY✨
Well Mexico was great! I did miss my gym family though but thank you all for taking such good care of the gym while I was away!! ♥️ Unfortunately I have been sick since I got back. 😵💫 I was hoping to be in today but as of now I’m not sure. Today’s workout is on the board though & I hope to see you all SOON!!!!!

Ok soapbox time! 😅
Did you know there are apps/filters that can digitally change how your body looks?! 😵💫 Whole face filters have become more common (yes, I will call myself out-I’ll use a natural face filter because listen…we’re covering up those unwanted wrinkles yall!) but I would NEVER use a filter to make my body look different than it actually does - especially in the line of work I’m in. & these body-altering filters are increasingly being used in fitness content-& that can create unrealistic expectations.
In the fitness space especially, it’s important to be transparent. I’ll always choose honesty over illusion. What you see on this page or my personal page is the result of consistent training, proper nutrition, & time - no filters, no shortcuts.
I do want to acknowledge something though that often gets overlooked: genetics do play a role. As most of you know, I started with more natural glute development than some, & that gave me a foundation.
However, this side-by-side comparison shows not just growth over the last 2yrs, but how focused training allowed me to reshape & strengthen what was already there.
The good news is: glute growth is possible for everyone! But it requires realistic expectations & the right approach.
Glute development depends on:
👉🏼 Adequate nutrition (muscle growth requires fuel & your glutes REALLY like food)
👉🏼 Proper exercise selection & progression
👉🏼 Consistency over time
It’s also important to understand that meaningful results don’t happen in 30 days. The gluteus maximus is the largest muscle in the human body, & building it takes patience & long-term commitment.
There are many helpful resources available, but it’s essential to be discerning about what you consume online. Sustainable progress comes from education, consistency, & honesty-NOT quick fixes.
If you stay consistent, eat to support your goals, & train with intention progress WILL happen.
Happy building ladies!!! 🍑💪🏼
This is one that I get all the time & I used to say the same thing: “I don’t have time.”
The truth is, if you really want something you will make the time.
My busiest time at the gym is 4:30am-7am most days. My ladies have goals so they make time to hit the gym before they go to work.
I opened the gym right in the middle of my cut for competition. So on top of having to be at the gym from 5am-7pm I also had to get my 60-80mins of cardio in first thing in the morning. That meant that I was at the gym by 3:30-4am so that I could make sure I got my cardio in before members came in so that I wasn’t hogging the treadmill all for myself.
Was it hard? Absolutely. But it was something that I wanted to do so I made it a priority.
It’s not selfish to take care of yourself it’s needed!!

Client spotlight!!! 🤩🤩🤩
BEYOND proud of my girl! 5mo of being CONSISTENT with her exercise ANNNND nutrition (Minus the Holidays! She enjoyed those with her family!) & still over 20lbs down!! And she hasnt even hit cardio much! This is only from lifting weights & fueling her body properly. 💪🏼
AND not only is she happier with her body, she has more energy for her family BUT the best part!?! She is off her blood pressure medicine! 📣
Just goes to show what CONSISTENCY can do. You don’t have to do big things every day or all at once it’s not a race & it definitely doesn’t happen over night. But it won’t happen at all if you aren’t consistent with it!!
The parking lot has been cleared!!
The parking is still iffy at the gym. Unfortunately I do not have a way to clear the lot. A path has been cleared from the road to the door though & I plan on heading over there today to see if I can make some tracks for you to get in to park. Stay safe!!!
Sorry ladies, I am feeling a little under the weather today so I will not be at the gym. BUT thankful we have 24hr access now so please feel free to use it!!!
Today’s workout is on the board & if you have any questions don’t hesitate to message me!! 💪🏼

Holiday hours for this week!!

DAY 7 - POST-HOLIDAY RESET PLAN
The goal after the holidays isn’t to “fix” anything, it’s to gently reset.
Start with the basics:
• Hydrate
• Prioritize protein
• Get back to a simple movement routine
• Set fresh goals for the new year
• Don’t crash diet - just return to your habits
A reset is about clarity, not punishment. You don’t need to overhaul your life, you just need to reconnect with the habits that make you feel your best.

Part 6 - SOCIAL PRESSURE & FOOD GUILT
There will be comments, offers, pressure & leftovers everywhere.
You’re allowed to say “No thank you”.
You’re also allowed to say “yes” without guilt.
Food is not a moral choice-it’s just food.
Instead of labeling things as “good” or “bad”, focus on how they make you feel.
Give yourself permission to enjoy the moment & move on without punishment.
