I haven't been very active on here so I wanted to take a minute to reintroduce myself to everyone.

Hi 👋 My name is Bobby Parker and I really love bicycles. I began riding at an early age with my friends, tearing around our neighborhood and riding home made ramps on our BMX bikes. This passion for bicycles only increased through the years and once I was old enough to get a job, it was straight to the local family owned bike shop where I started washing used bikes, sometimes giving them sweet pin stripes with electrical tape (true story) and using the home made lubricants that were finely crafted by the owner of the shop, known simply as "G-Oil" and "P-Oil" 🤣🤣

Fast forward 30 years later and here I am, a mountain bike skills instructor and coach with my own business. I'd like to think if I had a chance to go back and shake hands with 14 year old me, out behind the shop washing used bikes and lubricating them with some P-Oil, that this is where I would be in 30 years... 14 year old me would have stood there in excited disbelief.

Now, here I am. A certified and fully insured bicycle skills instructor and coach. I am PMBIA Level 1 certified skills instructor, USA Cycling Level 3 Coach, Wilderness First Aid Certified, SafeSport Certified. I am currently undergoing the process of getting my Level 2 certification with USA Cycling as well as working towards my PMBIA Level 2 Air certification. I am a proud NICA Coach as well as the Ast. Coach for the Thaden School Enduro Program. I am also the Coach Skills Training Instructor at Thaden School.

Bobby's Footage Fest 2024 A group ride with a twist! Along the predetermined route are staged photographers at epic moments like jumps, berms, and a variety of features to capture action shots of you sending the gnar!

Better Biking is offering a few youth oriented gravity skills clinics to finish off 2023!!��The one day clinic is for intermediate level youth riders that want to learn more about the local enduro racing scene and who want to become more confident on technical gravity trails. This 3.5 hour clinic will be December 28th and will cost $100.

The two day clinic is geared towards intermediate to advanced level youth riders who have previous experience racing enduros who want to sharpen their bike handling skills and gain a better understanding of how to properly prepare for our local enduro races. This clinic will be hosted on December 29th and 30th and will last 3.5 hours each day. The cost of this clinic is $175.

Riders need to be comfortable riding technical gravity trails such as Schroen Train and Dragon Scales. Accepting riders ages 11-17 years old. Only 6 spots available per clinic. These clinics will be held in Slaughter Pen and utilize trials typically found on local enduro race courses.
